Extreme4 vs P67A-UD4

Okay, so basically the title says it all.
Which mobo is better (I know the UD4 looks miles sexier) in terms of functionality and why? Can they both SLI?
Oh and, are there any good USB 3.0 hubs like the one that the Extreme4 comes with (I need front USB3 ports).

Great, now why should I spend $5 extra for the Gigabyte board other than looks?

Ahh just cause i hate asrock thats all. No but seriously gigabyte for the sexiness.

the ud4 has a jumper for bios reset and most reports show you have to pull the battery to get a reset as the jumper doesn't work for everyone.

on the otherhand my friend just built his asrock last night and was not having any issues at all with g.skill x ripjaws and 2600k
and he did get the same asrock board your refering to.

Hmmm. If the UD4 came with a USB3 rear bracket or front hub, the decision would be simple. Are there any good cheap USB3 front hubs?
