Corsair Safe Voltage

Thread Starter
Hi I bought a new pair of Corsair RAM TWIN2X2048-6400C5 which is tested to be 5-5-5-18 @ 800Mhz at 1.8V. However cuz I overclocked my CPU....I need this RAM to run at around 880-900Mhz 5-5-5-18...would it be safe or would it void my warranty if I run the RAM at 2.0-2.1V? I've read from diff forums that it's safe to run them at up to 2.1V However on the packaging/sticker on the RAM it says 1.8

...so before I do anything to kill my RAM I wanted to double check if this is safe or okay to do. Thanks.

Its perfectly safe to run them at 2,1, but anything outside of specs will void your warranty.
