Q3, Q4? 2012? I heard GF and TSMC had 28nm ready for production rollouts and IIRC NI tapered out according to semiaccurate (inb4SAwhine).

No exact dates have been given, only rumors. However, considering that the 6900 series released in Mid-December, I'm going to guess we'll see the HD 7000 series sometime late this year (Late November/December) or the very beginning of 2012.

I think Nvidia's Kepler graphics cards will release before the HD 7000 series for some reason.
