Good extremely responsive monitor?

I want a monitor that has extremely little/no motion blur, I don't care how much I have to pay. I know this most likely means going TN.

Prerequisites:

-23'' or more
-1080p resolution (yeah, no 1200p please)

but realistically, you looking at more input lag and anything below 10ms response time, you will not notice due to the limitations of your eye. You can easily go IPS really...
