Looks good. I'd go for a different cooler myself, but that's just 'cuz I'm an aircooling noob.

Any recommendations for a cooler? (Prefer it to cost about the same)

I'd go for a Hyper 212+. Slightly cheaper, and around about the same performance

Though I'm not sure if you're so desperate to save money you'd swap for something that's only $10 cheaper.

(Buy a Hyper from Amazon, not the Egg. It's cheaper and you can get free shipping)

dont bother with a sata3 hdd, most drives cant max out a sata2 controller

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $55
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185

if you get the 212+ you wont need the as5, the tim it comes with is as good or better

slightly better ram, 1600 cl8 with rebates
PNY XLR8 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model MD4096KD3-1600-X8 $57/37ar
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820178265
or
CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model CMZ4GX3M2A1600C8 $60/30ar

Good point, though I'd stick with a WD Black. Just get a Sata 3 gbps model. The WD Blacks of today are just as fast as Velociraptors of yesterday, so.

http://www.newegg.com/Special/Combo.aspx?
See if you can find some combo deal discounts

Replace the HDD with a Samsung F3 1TB (faster for cheaper)
Replace the TIM with Arctic MX-2 or MX-3 at amazon or so where it's cheaper; both are better, significantly

I'd help out further but not at home right now, enjoying my first homework-free weekend in months

With what I have selected, will I be able to hit 4 Ghz with the 1055T?

Changed HDD to the Samsung, and RAM to the Corsair...nice finds, +REP
