build prices list?

first i would like to provide a bit of background. I fix ipods and computers for friends and people at my school. i have written a flier that has the general prices of each repair, however different generations still have different prices.

I would like to have a website that customers would be able to select their iPod generation, then have a list of prices for different repairs, i would like the repairs to be added up at the bottom, and to be able to have a formula set up for multiple repairs to lower the cost of labor. (40 for screen, 50 for lcd = 90 -would be- 40 for screen, 50 for lcd, combining repairs = 80)

i dont need somebody to write it for me, but i need advice on where to look, what to write it in, how to do it, if there is a website that will allow me to do it.

and most importantly, i need to do this for free

any help is greatly appreciated.

i don't need somebody to write it, just suggestions on how i should go about it. i don't know any coding languages, but i can make excel spreadsheets, i am great with organization, and i could cope with a website that helps with the layouts and some of the coding work.

if there are simple instructions on how to do so, i would really like to know

thank you

You'll need to run programs that can help you with PHP or with CSS depending on how you setup the website. Sadly I haven't done anything HTML related in a long time so I can't point you in any direction. But I know this much:

You'll want to use PHP/CSS or both together for your website.

There are free websites that have free hosting and such with a builder than can help you by starting with a particular template they offer like @ Wix.

If you don't have any programming experience then Wix is a great solution. If you want to make the website yourself (coding it) then you can pm me and I will help you.

gah! i designed it using eCommerce, but need a premium to have it work. thats 16 bucks a month.

so i need to find a way to do that without needing to pay

i could do it all via email, it would be easier to just make a new website. ugh! so difficult. i really like the look and layout of the site
