what a bust. Wait 4 months to spend 1400 on a laptop (Lots of saving) just to have its usb port break my mouse and probably anything else i stick in it -_-.
I left the mouse plugged into it overnight while it was off.. gah..
Going to try and contact Logitech tomorrow.. wonder how long it would take for them to help me. Says it should have a 3 years *limited* warranty wth ever that means.
Do contact Logitech, they usually have fantastic customer service. Hopefully if you have the original receipt from the G9 purchase they will probably replace it for free. I didn't have the original receipt for my G5, but even still they gave me a 50% off coupon to use on my next purchase of one (when I needed to replace mine).
