That sounds more like a driver error than a hardware issue still.

If my 5770 can do a good job of AAing farcry2 then why cant his 5870 handle wow?

he shouldnt have had to spend all that money on another card.

i have went over board with upgrades trying to fix this even took it to geek squad today and nothing so im wondering if it could be a programing error in wow my fear2 plays 60fps with no loss at all.

exactly, like i said i dont think its a hardware issue at all.

try installing a different CCC driver version and see how that goes.
