I am tired of those flickering power that puts out the PC

4? Geez you got the bing bang marshall there? Lol

Oh so you have brown out problems. Basically the higher va the longer standby time they offer. For the avg pc 1500 can roughly supply 15min of battery life. For your 4 space heaters maybe 3 to 5 min.
BUT there's a catch. The watt rating for a computer may not be equal the va rating. There are two types of psus. Pfc and capacitor input. Pfc ones got a powerfactor of 0.99 to 1.0 while cap input ones got a va rating of 0.55 to 0.75.
like psus with ups devices they lie. The wattage it can supply is about 60 percent of that. That's why many people buying flimsy ones got psus that's making awful sounds or starting to have problems. Because they know a psu never supply its total ratings but they forget about that ups devices are also electrical got same things that influences it and manufacturer in the business of any device in electronics or other equipment always claim numbers to boast they're products. So your going to have to get one of around 1600va if you 1000w power hungry pc going to be connected to it.
