i5 760 degrading? or not

Ok this is the ****tiest i5 760 i cant even make 3.8 ghz with 1.3v on linx 20 run tests it failed after 15 mins bump in voltage no chance keeps failing or it just could be the ram please help !

CPUz screenshot, Plus Timings and Speed and Voltage of your RAM would be greatly appreciated. Temperatures of you CPU too, Load and Ambient.

CPU loads at 57 stock speeds and 70 at 3.8 ghz the ambient is around 22c voltage of ram is 1.5v stock putted it to 1.65v when it was oced could this be a cause also?

Let's get rid of a potential variable.
Revert to stock and run memtest for a few hours to make sure your sticks aren't bad in the first place.

This. Also, your stock temps are extremely high for a D14. Reseat.
