It has also been said that it greatly affects the flow when rotating the top plate. I use one 45° adapter myself.

The problem with compression fittings is that they have the large external nut. Why not consider going to something like the FatBoy barb, they grip extremely well. Some people don't even clamp them but a couple of zipties will certainly seal them up.

They should but it'll be very tight.

About half way down the page he has a list of compression fittings that will fit on the block.

I'm pretty sure enzos do. Hate rotaries? Thank gawd they make rotaries is my belief lol.
