Cooler Master V10

Thread Starter
So the Cooler Master V10 seems to be the only AIO TEC cooler on Newegg. How is it?
Is it worth the hefty price, or is it just cheap ****?

You'd be much better off with a TR Silver Arrow, for less money. Google some of the reviews from 2009 for this thing. A lapped TRUE can beat it.

I personally agree with all of the above.

TEC's cannot be air cooled sufficiently especially with modern processors, watercooling should be considered as standard requirement regarding TEC's.

I take a deep breathe and put on my flame suit first before proceeding to give my slightly different opinion:
What makes the V10 crappy or bad is not its performance (which is not bad but is fairly good, IMHO) but its price. It is selling at US$130 at Newegg at this moment. If it is selling at, say, US$70, then it can become a competitive cooler. In other words, if you find it on sale at this price, it is probably worth considering it.
