what temps difference will i be seeing between those 2 vs thermaltake frio

right now:
idle 37c
load 57c
ambient temp 31c

31c ambient, wow your rig is in an oven. 57c at full load is pretty good. For CPU only loop you might see a few degrees maybe 50c at full load.

yup its pretty hot here right now... but what about 240 vs 360? what difference i will just have a cpu on the loop..

You can easily go 240 for CPU only. The 240 can dissipate more heat than your CPU can generate even very over clocked. A 360 is way over kill, BUT if you ever plan to add your GPU in the future then you should go that route.

A single 120mm Rad is typically enough to cool a CPU depending on ambient and fans used.
