Well, I almost had to put my foot in my mouth...
Hooked up my kill-a-watt to my PC tonight.

Idle - 275w
CPU 100% - 415w
CPU & GPU's 100% - 760w
Factor in the 87% efficiency of my PSU and you get 660w.

I don't run maxed very often, but that may be a little close for my comfort.
