Just my experience with them. But before I choose anybody I look for the tale tale. I look for an address and telephone. For one, I want it quick. So I am going with the closest company. Second, if I cant call them without creating a 'support ticket', thats a big NO. Third, if their site states how many of any product is in stock, they win me over. Nothing like ordering something and paying, later to find out its on backorder.
Sorry to be long winded
Nice one, mine wasn't so difficult a problem but... I'd placed a decent sized order with them last year for many small items. One thing I'd miscalculated on a prior order, was the amount of sleeving needed to finish the job. I placed the order late in the afternoon (around 5:50) thinking it would go out the following business day.
I was very surprised when the order showed up 2 days later. After checking against the inventory, I found that the sleeving had been missed. So I gave them a call, I wasn't on hold but for about 30 seconds. The rep I spoke with (I forget his name now
), said np, they'd take care of it.
Sure enough, 2 days later the envelope shows up with double the amount I'd purchased in the order. Can't beat that level of service at all, and that's worth a few extra $$$ in my book.
Great companies to deal with:
Only dealt with Crazy PC's during their going out of business sale, but they were very prompt & quick shipping.
Companies I've had problems with:
Both were slow shippers (which is terrible since both are inside the same 1 day shipping zone from me). PPC's also tried a bait and switch on me. Anyway, just my
