Need help with first watercooling build

Here's what I put together so far, but I still have some questions of things I'm not sure of. Will this be enough to cool a 2600k @ 3.5v. I don't plan to go any higher on volts, whatever clocks I get at those volts I will stick to... maybe, dependent on temps of course. But that's the plan. Thanks for any help in advance. Few other questions..

How do I fill the reservoir? Is it through the hole where it looks like it can be opened with a Phillips screwdriver next to the top fitting?
http://www.jab-tech.com/XSPC-Acrylic...C-pr-4123.html

What screws do I need to attach the rad to a 120mm opening on a case and 2 fans attached to the rad in push pull? One will be outside the case pushing, the one inside on the other side of the rad will be pulling.

Should I add another 120mm rad? Will I notice a difference or will this suffice?

Am I missing anything? Is all this stuff compatible size-wise? It makes sense to me so far.

Where do you guys get your distilled water? What other additives besides a kill coil and pt nuke should I add? Do I need some anti corrosive additive?

You can get an after market top for the pump that has standard G1/4 ports so you can put in any size fittings you want. Like this:http://www.jab-tech.com/Swiftech-MCP...H-pr-4765.html

Since you are saying you want to stay with a 120 rad I assume your cooling only the CPU? Should be fine depending on which fans you use.

Clamps you want large if your picking 1/2 ID x 3/4" OD tube. Needs to go around the outside.

For the tube, you say not sure what size you need but you have 1/2 x 3/4 tube listed, I assume you mean length. For a CPU only loop you could get 5 - 6 feet and it should be more than enough. Get more than you need in case you want to re route something or cut something too short. Tube is the cheapest thing you can buy.

Thanks for the help, answered all my questions. Yeah, it's a cpu only loop to cool a 2600k with GT ap14's. Is there any way I can integrate the pump without adding an aftermarket top? Also, what's a good reservoir I'm thinking about using this one... XSPC Single 5.25" Bay Reservoir. Btw, how much effect does a reservoir have on cooling, the bigger the better or how does that work?

A higher capacity of radiator means more surface area and thus more "cooling power" due to there being more heat capacity (due to the increased surface area). Whether you'd be able to notice this extra "power" is debatable. Most likely not, unless you have a loop the size of New York.

yes you can fill it there. Use a syringe or you can attach a length of tubing on a barb, and remove the plug from the fes, then screw the barbed tube into the hole and fill from the tube.

What screws do I need to attach the rad to a 120mm opening on a case and 2 fans attached to the rad in push pull? One will be outside the case pushing, the one inside on the other side of the rad will be pulling.

I think the thread pitch is #6-32 for the screws you want to use. Just make sure that the length of the screw is not too long as you dont want to puncture your new rad with a screw and cause a leak

Should I add another 120mm rad? Will I notice a difference or will this suffice?

for cpu only, a quality single 120mm rad will cool maybe a bit better than a top-end air cooler. Adding another 120 rad (or using a single 240) would obviously cool better

Am I missing anything? Is all this stuff compatible size-wise? It makes sense to me so far.

if your res comes with all the fittings shown in the link, then 4 fittings will be enough (2 for rad, 2 for block). might want to buy one extra and 1 foot extra tubing to make filling easier/cleaner. You may also want to consider putting in a drain line to make draining/changing water much easier.

Where do you guys get your distilled water? What other additives besides a kill coil and pt nuke should I add? Do I need some anti corrosive additive?

I get my distilled water from the grocery or drug store. it's just a bit more than $1 for a gallon. I use silver (plated fittings) and nothing else but a bit of 'nuke' wont hurt anything. shouldn't need any other additives or anti-corrosion agents. Corrosion will only happen if mixing aluminum in the loop with the copper (some rads are aluminum)

I would go for a 240 rad minimum. So a 240 or two 120's
