You have the tube that says "from RES" to what appears to be the output from the pump. The input is on the front and the output is on the top/side.

Other than that it looks good. Main thing is res before pump but verify your in and out with that after market top. Hard to tell from that image.

Your right! shouldn't be a issue really to put a 90degree on the back of the top, Thanks!

Well, the first rad is a dual 92 mm, which isn't very big so I'm running it through a 120 for a little extra cooling before it runs through everything else. I'm open to option of how to set it up if you guys have any suggestions. thanks

Pull out the 92mm and get rid of it, you'll be fine with teh 120mm as long as it's a small loop.

Is this CPU only?

I doubt you'll be able to do 2 GPU's with a 120mm rad, even with the 92 backing it up.

here is a pic of dual passive res I will have set up in the system. Do you think with the rads and a intake fan blowing directly on the res's would be enough.

Only testing it will tell. The radiator doesn't look like it'd need that much fan power so it should be fine.

If the temperatures aren't good enough, you could always add a fan there (or two fans in push/pull). Looks like there's enough room.
