For the futur, these should be:
UCLK Frequency [3200]
QPI Link Data Rate [highest] (not sure off the top of my head, think it's gonna be ~7200?).

Apart from that though, everything looks fine. Which is bad, because your temps are definitely bad.
Set everything to stock, then post up your idle/load temps. 133 bclk, 20x multi, 1600mhz ram, 6400 QPI data rate, 3200 UCLK Freq, 1.25v vcore, keep qpi/dram at 1.3v
you mean I should put the pump/res at the bottom of the case? That's not really feasible because my current setup can't allow that, the res/top combo has to be on a 5" bay.

here is my temp after 5~ minutes of prime95

Load temps are ok from looking at that screenshot, thought I remembered a 75C load level mentioned somewhere? low to mid 60's is acceptable. Looks like it might well reach low 30's at idle too after all. Leave your pc idle for ~5 mins, check the temps after that. See how low they get.

After that, download LinX and run a 20 min test using all memory, see if you pass.

idle temp:

it froze under LinX, upped the two voltages to 1.375, see if it works now...

Those idle temps are stil high, especially core 2.
Make sure CIE and EIST are off. 1.375 is definitely plenty for a 3.8Ghz OC (bclk 191). If LinX still fails after that, reset to stock and run the LinX test.

i see that you suggest QPI data link to the highest setting? i did not realize that, i have it set on the lowest setting myself, should i change it?

did another LinX test, computer beeped like crazy, I think I messed up a setting or something, anyway, BIOS reseted itself, stock temp:

should I close background applications while running LinX on full RAM? I can feel my programs crashing left and right due to insufficient RAM, lol.

Yes, if you've got stuff like MSN or Steam loading on startup, disable for now. And again, leave EIST and CIE off. Set the stock settings manually (I posted them on page 2 I think). Does it pass the LinX test? Keep Realtemp (or coretemp) running during the LinX test too

Without knowing your current setup I couldn't say, start your own thread and PM me.

WOW TOO HIGH! Don't run it with QPI set to that! Forgot there was a x48 multi on the QPI

At stock you'll want to run it at highest, which should be 6400. At a 3.8Ghz OC with a 191Bclk you'll probably want the middle option, which should be close to 6800.

its power saving features..turn it OFF..

also tune your QPI..use the x18/x36 multiplier..if you can see an option that allows you to change it..
