Yeah on the trailer you see multiple ways to do it, guess I'm not MLG enough to do it by sneaking around. I just club them. Also why does Geralt do awesome finishing combos in the prison and the prison alone but not the actual game?

Second play through is as good as the first even on hard. Once you've played the game for 24+ hours, you get the hang of it, and everything is easy. Initially it sucked, so hard. But, meh floatsam is pretty easy sauce.

I just bought this game last night. I'm excited to play except I'm getting an astonishing amount of artifacts that make me want to tear my eyes out. I know this game had crossfire problems, I just thought this had been fixed by now. Any other known issues/fixes? And yeah, I've already reinstalled drivers and CAPs.

What kind of artifacts are you experiencing?

There was an issue with light-orbs bleeding through all over with an older version of Catalyst drivers, but that has since been resolved...

It's just regular old corrupted pixel looking artifacts. Like if your overclock isn't stable and you run Furmark, except I have no overclock. Getting big white streaks flashing across the screen as well as some bubbly looking ones. And again, they're the flashing artifacts that only show up for a frame so I can't really take a screenshot.

Hmm, you sure that's not screen tearing? If you have the latest drivers and CAP profiles that shouldn't be happening. I never have issues and I'm crossfired.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. I've never experienced anything strange like that. The only adverse thing I've witnessed was the light orb problem with the older drivers. Game has always looked great with my crossfired 5870s.

Nah, it's not screen tearing. I've seen that when I play Portal 1 with the AA down and get 400+ fps.

Whatever it is, I decided to reboot and remount the crossfire bridge to make sure it was connected solidly. It didn't seem loose at all but now there's no problems. Sometimes an edge will flicker with an autocorrect gone wrong, but it's not enough to piss me off like those first ones. Freakin sweet game.

Okay the artifacts/glitches are back again. It's an intermittent problem, most noticeable during cutscenes and very very distracting. Anybody have any ideas?
