I can send you one tomorrow morning if you don't mind that I sided with the Scoia'tael.
its just a theory, but it makes sense. They mention that alvin could possibly teleport through time, and he was given the amulet to stop his nightmares, the same nightmares that the grandmaster has.
We never see alvin again because he did teleport through time, which explains why he is never found.
Also, based on the things you teach and tell alvin throughout the game, when the grandmaster talks to you in the end, he repeats those things back, only twisted. It also explains why witchers are allowed into the order, while other nonhumans are not.
The grandmaster saves your life at one point, and says repaid a debt. You have never met him before at that point, how does he owe you? If he is alvin, well, then he owes you because you saved him.
Also, after everything you did to stop the grandmaster, destroyed everything he worked for, rather than try to kill you, he tries to convert you, he does everything possible to convince you to join him, Why would he care that much about you joining him, when he can create mutant witchers to do his dirty work.
Dont open if you dont want to spoiler the first witcher.
