Depends what fans they give you. Water cooling to.me is meant to be silent or close to it. If you get the kit and don't like the fan noise get the gentle typhoon 1450rpm fans and you should be good to go

I don't know with shrouds I think that that any of the water cooled units are better than a D14 with out shrouds. I also don't like to have to work around a massive heatsink that is pulling against my motherboard. I like the simple clean look of water cooling. I can't wait till I can afford to buy a customer water loop.

Yeah i'll be replacing the fans with some gelid wings there real quite and UV reactive, im thinking about doing a stealth theme with my rig, White, Black and blue. The Gelid Wing

Yeah there are huge and probably weigh a tone.
