Will GTX 570 SLI suffice @ 5760x1080

I plan for 3 1080p monitors eventually, and I want to know If 2 570's will max current games such as Bad Company 2 @ 60ish FPS, and potentially new games. Or should I just go for 2 580's, take note I also plan to water cool eventually.

Go for the 580s for it's 1.5gb of vram compared to the 570s 1.2gb.

You'll need more vram for that high rez.

go for a 6990 and a 6970, there was a review that showed it crushed the 580's and it's the same price give or take $50.

just my personal opinion.

plus, it's future proofing.

I'd also go for HD6990 + HD6970 Tri-Fire.

It does better than a GTX580 SLI for the same price

Plus it has 0.5Gb more VRAM which will definitely help for such high resolution.

Looks promising, but it doesn't appear the 580's are crushed, but I've only read this review so far. Including all parts it works out at a $24 difference.

Pretty sure these are all reference cards.

Two 570s are not enough for surround.
Two 580s will be ok, but you will not be able to max most current games.

As said, AMD cards are cheaper and more suited for this job at current prices.

If you wish to stick to nvidia, take the 3GB version of the 580s, and you should be in better shape.

Definitely this. You can get versions of these from Zotac, Palit, Gainward and now EVGA.
