I am thinking that it is a CPU error. Looks like what happens to me when I have a CPU pushed to far. You might want to try re-running some stability tests.

You might have to shut off your HT. I had to back down to 3.8GHz recently to keep HT on...so I turned it off. I had been running 4.1GHz with HT on for about a year or so with no troubles. It is like my CPU is getting "worn" Could be good ol' electron migration kicking in...temps are only 60°C under a full OCCT test.

if that 270 driver doesn't work, might want to try rollback-ing to the 266.58

I had some issues with a GTX 460 on the 270 drivers (Folding while OCed forced the card into idle mode) and going to 266.58 solved the problem... other than that IDK what to tell you... Guess you could go slay Nefarian all psychedelic-like?

it seems it can be all from driver related to cpu and PSU.

If/when it happens with the Whql driver, I'll investigate it fully. Just wanted to get an idea of the situation

It looks like SLI to me. I have had similar stuff happen. What can you do? Well one of your 580's will max out that game so just use one. Or you can get a SLI enhancement patch witch might fix it. All so make sure that your cards are tight to the motherboard and your SLI bridge is tight.
