help me get a good airflow case

Thread Starter
Hey guys
I need some help with looking for a case that will provide me with good airflow, good cable management and good build quality.

I've been looking for one for the past week, but all I did is I got myself confused and I don't know what should I go with .

I don't want it to be very plain, but I don't want some weird shapes anywhere (like on NZXT Gamma ), I don't mind a side window (would prefer some cooling option there), some in-built fan controller would be great (not necessary tho), fan colour scheme is not really that important, exterior and interior preferred black and I don't want it to sound like a Jumbo Jet.

It needs to fit my rig in with the possibility of adding another 460 in the future. I'm NOT planning on water cooling.
I'm willing to spend around £60-70.

Thanks
firstborn

im a watercooling junkie but the best airflow cases ive used or seen personally are the antec 1200, haf x and the coolermaster stacker 830.
they are reasonably priced especially the stacker 830 and have extremely god airflow but these are all quite old.

if you didnt mind splashing out abit more id totally suggest the silverstone raven or raven 2 or even the silverstone fortress.
they all have the motherboard loaded in sideways and have big fans blowing up because heat rises.

The Silverstone TF01 seems to be a good case, however it is designed to be a high airflow case with positive air pressure

The ones that I've been thinking about are Xigmatek Utgard (this is the model of how I want it to look), HAF 922 and CM 690II Advanced.
Would you even consider these?

Also I'm not really willing to over £70

I would strongly recommend mine (CM 690 AdvII). Best bang for the buck imo

I have the cm 690 II advanced, and I have to say that at this price it's one of the best cases out there, imo better than haf 922 or haf 912, I don't really like the xigmatek utgard and I don't think that it would be as good as any of those cooler master cases.

What size case are you looking for?

If it's a mid tower then i would say the HAF 912 Plus or the CM 690 II Advanced would be the best bet in that price range.

If you want a full tower then look no further then the HAF-X!

did you mean FT01?

imo cm 690 II advanced is very ugly and that's just about the only problem that I have with it ;s
the utgard is for me a good looking case and from what i've read it had fairly good reviews too

I'd say either a Haf or 690 II. on overclockers atm they have the 690 II advanced dominator case for just over £70 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...id=7&subcat=29 both are good cases none the less.
