it would kinda.. but the 2100T is about ~$120 and you could get a h67 for about the same price, the 2100 (and the T) are much more power efferent if i remember correctly so you could save some money in the long run

Edit: as for some keyboards heres a thread i made a month ago with some sugestions ppl made me for keyboard + touchpad

Also if you get the h67 you wouldnt really need a video card then to save some bucks and power. The IG on SB are pretty good for HTPC, I think the only issue was an extra frame added every 10 min or something around that

id look at the rii keyboard/trackpad. it's pretty much perfect.

dyntaftr was right about the igp on the i3, it doesnt allow for true 23.98 fps. you can get a video card for cheap that will let you use all the audio formats along with 3d capability
