Athlon x3 440 Overclock become unstable?

My overclock has decided to become unstable. It has been running perfectly at 3.6, 1.47vcore (1.49 at load) 24/7. FSB=250x14.5. Recently it has started hard crashing (BSOD) in BFBC2 and restarted while running OCCT for 2 hours (it failed after ~1h 40mins) and that was after bumping the vcore up one. Any ideas what could have happened?

I did change from DDR3 1333 7-7-7-20 ram to 1600 7-8-7-24 ram.

Try some looser ram timing's, try 1600mhz 9-9-9-24-1t 1.5v and stress test again

It's probably your timing's because those are fairly low

Those are the stock timings. Of course when i set everything to stock, the system wont post with 7-8-7 1600. Everything set to auto the post at 9-12-12 1333
