New Monitor?

I currently have a Dell E198WFP, and I think that it may be time to get a new one. I use my monitor for gaming and photoshop and dreamweaver, and would like it to be around 24" and no more than $200...

does any one know what model this guy is talking about?

He means IPS... I don't know what Samsung model he is referring to... all I know is that you are not going to find a 24" IPS monitor for less than $200, lol

For that price I would go with the ASUS VW246H... you can usually find it for around $200 and it is highly recommended by gamers and designers on the Newegg reviews... I hope that helps

Agree with all of this. I bought that monitor for my Aunt. It's gorgeous.

Besides my Dell E198WFP being considerably smaller, would there be any other reasons why the Asus VW246H is better?

19" vs 24"
5ms response time vs 2ms
NO HDMI input vs HDMI input

Newegg has a great deal on a 24" Asus. If I had desk space for a 24", I'd buy that no question.
