anything 500w+ on this list should be good:

edit: didn't read about future upgrade. if planning to add another card, go for something with more wattage like a 750watt

A 650W would run your system with Crossfire 6950s perfectly. A 750W would be overkill and an 850W would be totally wasted on your system.

SeaSonic X650 or Seasonic X750 if you insist on overkilling

Entirely overkill, but the SeaSonic X-850 will last literally forever. Or, the Silverstone Strider Gold 750W is another solid, slightly cheaper unit. If you want a solid performing unit that it actually quite cheap, the Antec TP-650 is fine.

Corsair AX850. Amazing quality, fully modular, and plenty of headroom to add whatever you want to the system. Lets the power supply run far enough below load that it'll last longer.

For SSDs, I like OCZ, but Mushkin, Corsair, and Intel are all good. Intel's ssds are overpriced though.

You will need a Good solid 850W unit with dual 6970's effectivly and water cooling along with a good overclock on the CPU. You would probably only pull 500w - 600w in games at most but the SeaSonic M12D 850W will not let you down for a long time.
