Thanks for all the feedback. The ram kit is 2 x 4GB. I'm not sure about changing the case . Do you really think I should change the power supply? Has anyone used apevia before? Also, the monitor thing is true, but I don't want to go over 1200 dollars. Thanks to everyone who helped.

I would recommend saving your money then. Until you have enough for the 1080p monitor. Just buy a cheap one.
Using a 720p with a HD 6950 is just unnecessary overkill and you will not get the HD 6950 to utilize its full potential.

Perhaps the CM 690 II case would be better suited for your needs then. Cheaper, afaik. But you don't need it, really. It's just a lot better.

And yes, the PSU is very important. If that fails, it can damage the rest of your your components so you may as well buy a decent one to begin with.
I would recommend this CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 since the XFX 750W is out of stock.
It's even cheaper ... Not to mention a lot better + has 2x PCI-e cables, which is all you need for now. The watt is more than plenty.
