Whoa... overkill.... I guess you plan to do some gaming on that beast.

If your looking just to play blu ray's and high def content then you could cut a lot from your build but if you intend to play some games then it should be good for whatever you throw at it.

i would agree with stevo overkill, 560 is wayy more then enough, maybe a gt 430 would be more fitting (inless your looking to game) also prob only need 2gb of ram. And a 400watt psu should be enough (unless your die hard on that 560 prob would beed 500-600? i believe)

My HTPC isn't dissimilar. I have a 955 and a 6870. It is a beast of a HTPC. Can handle most any game I throw at it. I even have my 955 at 3.9Ghz. Seriously you have a gaming HTPC there.
