If you are not confident unplug all other hdd's and install the os on your ssd, but there is really nothing to worry, just plug all the hdd's and the ssd and just make sure to properly configure the ssd as the primary boot after you have installed the os.

Mount the PSU inside, that way it wont suck up dust.
