How can I remove scratches from my clear side panel?

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I was a bit careless with my Computer Case, well more like stupid. I took a paper towel to it because I spilled a bit of Thermal Compound on it, but the time I got it off I saw I made a few scuff marks, nothing deep, actually I don't feel them at all, but noticeable in the right angle.

Now I'm not sure whether the Side Panel on the Raven RV02 is Plexiglas or Acrylic, I don't have enough experience to tell the difference. But I'd like to know possible, cheap ways to remove the the scratches instead of paying Silverstone a bunch of money for a new one.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I had an eyeglass scratch repair pencil once that seemed to work ok. Was basically some sort of clearish crayon style material inside a carpenter's pencil that filled the scratch. Think I picked it up a Walgreens.

I can tell you from personal experience that nothing will really "work."
Sure, the scratches will be a bit less noticeable, but you'll still know they are there and it will annoy you to no end.
Then again, I doubt you're anywhere near OCD as I am about these things.
