I have a Asus P8P67 Deluxe and to be honest i'v had a few issues, however I would still recommend Asus simply because I'v found their products to be more reliable in the long run. For under 200 you might be able to get a P8P67 Pro.

ASROCK is not bad either, I haven't heard of any issues on their P67 boards

Looks like a nice solid build

I have the asus p8 p67 pro and it has proven to be a great reliable overclocker

Good luck with the build

The motherboard you have chosen is excellent.
Everything looks great, the only thing I'd recommend is to get a

instead of the hard drive you've chosen.
You'll thank me later when you have that additional ~500GB of storage.
