Are you sure you re-wired the Reset & Power switches properly? It sounds like you may have them crossed.

Proper 6 - 8 pin 12v connector connected?

I think i have them right, there are 4, 2 pin connectors that go for the reset, power, hdd led and some one more led.

language barriers are tuff...

First I would suggest you try taking out your GPU and testing it in a known working setup.

If that works, then it is most likly your motherboard or psu. If you have another psu, try hookign it up. If that works, it is your motherboard.

Can you post pictures of the plugins? Chances are it is one of four things:

1. You plugged a PCI power connector into your 12v
2. You switched the reset, pwr, hdd, connectors on your mobo
3. Bad Ram stick
4. Your mobo or power supply are dead, fyi 24 pin will start the fans and lights etc but not boot the comp

I suggest taking the mobo out, place it on a desk, and plug in the bare basics (RAM, Power Supply, and Video Card), you will need to jumper the power prongs on the mobo to do this though, unless you just connect a switch outside of the case.

If this Posts to BIOS then you know 100% that it was something to do with the reinstallation. If it doesn't chances are one of the components are dead (sounds like RAM or mobo to me).

Try that.

Ok, here are the pictures you asked for, i want to put the it on desk but i dont know how to use a jumper.

Edit: there is a HDD led switch but i lost the photo.

You can always disconnect the Power and Reset buttons from the case to boot it up outside the case. It may be a bit of work but I would try that if I were you.

Give it a shot.
