The sharp edges are also on their older feet which causes the same scratching. This is one of those examples along with the Valor where I wish the company had a few real gamers to beta test their products and make the easy decision to sell the feet rounded. After their latest product releases Its obvious that they don't. Hell it doesn't even take a real gamer, maybe an intelligent farmviller to realize people probably don't want their "aftermarket" mouse feet scratching their pad or desk. 90% of the stock feet on mice have rounded edges.

I was interested in buying a set of these feet in the future but I refuse to modify them to work properly, just Like I refused to modify my valor by stacking up two feet on one side of the mouse to prevent it from wobbling.

Hello again Derp,

Due to the 1.2mm thickness of this product, attempting to "round" the corners of the cut using a different style dye cast causes the actual skate to slightly bend in the process. Similar to a "bowing" effect if you can visual. This is why we do not round the edges.

Thanks to that thickness though, after just a few short hours of playing with the HD's installed... the edges will round themselves and provide a "smooth as butter" teflon glide everyone's grown to love.

Keep in mind our original PerfectGlide line was designed for those seeking a more balanced glide between extremely slick and dead slow... hence why these are Teflon BLENDED material. Now on the other side, the PerfectGlide | HD line was developed for those seeking a 100% "fast" Teflon glide. This, and you guessed it, was a product designed and developed based on feedback from not only our casual gamer's feedback but professional as well.

Zhuni was actually the very first public buyer of this product and reported the exact same results as our 45ish beta testers which we are very satisfied with. and no, he was in no way paid or asked to post this before some speculate.

All in all, after the small break-in period of the HD's, you will feel a slick, smooth glide that will last double or even triple to that of your original skates.

Have a good weekend smile.gif

When will these PErfectglide HD be available? My DeathAdder Black's stock mouse feet are really ticking me off and FrozenCPU is are out of stock. Thinking about buying PerfectGlide HDs, and breaking them in on an old mousepad before moving to my main QCK Heavy.

Hopefully the thickness will reduce the liftoff distance (a slight annoyance but by no means a game killer) a bit.

EDIT: DERP Didn't read the first post closely enough. Question answered about thickness.

Probably helps set them apart from other skates.

valor firmware + HD glide skates would be great. I like the mouse shape tbh even if it is a ripoff of another mouse.
