Ok, I am running the test Sress Level set at Standard. I have set it to 10 tests of which 5 are completed. Temp at the moment does not pass 45C, which is pretty good:)

awesome try pusing it a little more then, i expect you can see at least 2.7 out of that chip.

Just to let you know, i have the processor running at 2.57 right now, FSB is set to 214 tried going to 216 but my system hanged when performed the test, so i went to BIOS to increase the voltage because it was on auto... So i went i put it up to .8000 and my system did not boot (had to reset the voltage setting and come back to FSB of 214 instead of 216.. Any suggestions?
whoaaaa. .8v is massively under what that chip needs, even at way under stock speeds haha. Bump the voltage to 1.5 and see how far you can push it. the max for those old 65nm quads is about 1.6v so you will be fine with 1.5.

Ok I am a little confused.. When i enter BIOS and go to Overclocking bit I have CPU-NB HT And it is measured in MHz then GHz (it's set on auto) max is 2GHZ
Then I have Processor Voltage which is from .8V to 1.3000 MAX then it goes to 1.2875 1.2750 ( and is also set for auto)
Then i have NB voltage Which is also set on Auto and also max is 1.3000. Can you tell me the setting for that please?

Regards

If you mean the South Bridge or something like that (then i can get this up) but are we talking about the same thing here?

Processor voltage should be 1.30v, and there will be an option to add more to it. You'll want it to end result as 1.50v roughly.

CPU-NB set it to 2000MHz. HT set it to 1800.

Also, lower your RAM divider by a notch.

This is what I use to keep my eye on things in my system.

I like to keep it open on the desktop I find that it is better the coretemp and better then any gadet on the sidebar just my 2 cents.

Ok, I have once again checked the voltage.. It only goes up to 1.30V (don't know why..) If you want a picture i can upload it for you. I have my CPU running at 2.56 GHz (all stable) FSB is set to 214.

Now what I can do is:

CPU-NB HT Link Speed - (set at Auto at the moment) Can set it up to 1.8 GHz (max) lowest 200 MHz

Then I have my Processor Voltage (also set on Auto) MAX 1.3000 V (tried going further down but it just goes back to the begenning (.8V). Actually i dont see anything going past 1.3000V...

Processor -NB Voltage - (Set on Auto) and again max is 1.3000V does not go past this number. (lowest .8V)

DRAM Volstage - (Set Auto) MAX 2.25 lowest 1.90 (currently running at 1.8 i think).

And last of all I have my SothBridge RUnning on auto goes up to 1.40V (personally dont have any idea of what southbridge is)

So guys this is what i have.

Also if you would like to know i have:

AI Overclocking set to Manual, FSB freq (214), PCIE freq (100 standard), PLL1 Spread spectrum Disabled, PLL2 also disabled and at last Spread spectrum PLL Which is also disabled. (can enable these but i dont know what they do so dont want to mess around with that.)

As I have also read this processor has a locked multi at x12, can go down though.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Just so you know if i increase FSB above 214 my system boots normaly but then during test it just hangs so theres nothing i can do. (also got blue screen)
