Sorry bro.

But 2Gb is criminal. Get a new ISP.

I can't fathom actually paying for a service that limits your downloads. $90 a month for 200mb download limit?!
In progress.

2GB per month are you joking me?

I download/stream 2GB+ per DAY.

I'm just glad Cox doesn't care about limits. I remember Time Warner/Adelphia giving me grief about it when I lived in NY.

Cox do care about limits. I reached one with 250GB dl/up in 10 days and they capped me. Me was sad face.

I could not fanthom playing on 2GB on any multiplayer. It is like using decent chunk on one session then have to strain it for the rest of the month.

Glad I'm not in that part of Maryland.

Hmm that's odd. I even called them a couple times to ask if they enforce limits and they denied any such practice. Especially one time I called when I was irate that my internet went from the usual 60mbps to ~5 for about three days - I thought they capped me or something but they just said they were doing upgrades in the area, and it went back to normal the next day.

They probably care less for people on the Ultimate plan (what I have).

Thread Starter
Well you see, I don't own the house I live in, my parents do. I can't move (though I'd love to) because I'm not of age. When we moved here (only about 2 years ago) I kept bugging my parents to ask about high-speed, and they always had the same excuse of being "too busy". Now, I'm forsaken to Hughesnet. Thing is, I CAN'T get a new ISP, because Verizon, Comcast, Cox, etc, don't bother to run a line down our road.

Love to move, but cant.
Love to get a new ISP, but cant.
Love to play WoW, but cant.

I never had any problems when I lived at home. We had 8 gb per month with a LOS network, so I patched and stuff at a buddies house. It would lag like crazy on foggy days, though. It sucks living out in the country when it comes to internet availability.
