Does this only happen with CCC 11.4? My bios has already been shadder modded and it works fine with CCC 11.3

My suggestion is to set the voltage using rbe, then use afterburner (with unofficial ocing enabled) to set the clocks.

Everything I read said that setting the clocks using rbe did not work.

It won't work for you guys, that's weird. I modded my 6950 BIOS with RBE and can boot up just fine. I was using 11.3 when I first modded and 11.4 now. Been going for a couple weeks now like that.

Try what draggy said though, mine is set up exactly how he describes it.
