Eyefinity fix for Borderlands? - Page 2

You need this borderlands config editor. It lets you change the FOV to whatever you need it at (hate how zoomed in this game is) and it also has a lot of other helpful tweaks. All you need to do is start the game and change one of the default keys to something else (i.e. Reload from "R" to "[", save it then change it back) and launch the editor. Make sure you check it so that the FOV stays the same when you sprint or you'll get this nauseating zooming in and out effect when you run around.

If for some odd reason you cant download it from the attachment let me know and I'll upload it somewhere else.

Well first before anything read the log the editor makes (log.txt in the same place you have the editor) and see if it has anything that isn't marked as "OK". If its missing something make sure you do what it asks to fix it. Also make sure you edited a default key in game and changed it back. Change Reload from "R" key to any other key that isn't used like "[", save the game (exit the options menu) then go back and change it back to the default key and exit again to save it.

Make sure the following files aren't set to "read only" (Right click> Properties> Attributes at the bottom of the dialog box> make sure Read only isn't checked) and make sure you launch the editor as admin:

WillowEngine.ini
WillowInput.ini

Both of these files are located here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\Borderlands\WillowGame\Config\

These are also the files you can manually change to set FOV and other game play tweaks. And also know that while it says that the recommended FOV for 16:9 is 101 you might need to play around with that to get it to look right on your monitor/ resolution.
