What would YOU do with a small $150 budget?

Hi, I'm a newbie here and if you don't believe me, look my my system specs (not updated yet). Also, please keep in mind that I want to make a GAMING system. I'm a fan of dual video cards since I think they are more price efficient (8800GT, HD 5750, and 460 GTX are my favorite bang per buck cards that I want to SLI or cfX).

Story:
I was just going to upgrade my CPU to dual core, but I found a deal ($70) for a 2.6GHz Brisbane + aftermarket fan (annoyingly loud) + mobo (ASUS M2A-VM ATI X1250 onboard) + 2GB DDR800. Should I add my 2GBs of DDR2 533MHz mem to this system or just sell it for like $25-30?

I found some a mexican comp shop near downtown LA that has a 500W psu that has 2 12V+ rails 18A each (420ish watts dedicated for those rails) and 2 pcie 6pin outlets for $20 (It's $25, but Imma try to haggle it down to $20).

I checked my cpu temp, and it's cruising at around 41-46C. I haven't installed my 8800GT yet (in process of exchange) and I haven't load-tested yet either.

I think getting to 3GHz should be reasonably easy (I want to aim higher), but I'm super-newb, not rich, and I don't want to f anything up during this process of building because yea, I'm not rich. I got lucky when I overclocked and blew up my 8800GT (on a 300w psu) because it was warranty replaced, but I don't wanna go through that again.

Questions:
1) (already asked): Should I install the 2gigs of ddr2-533 ram or sell it?
Besides the "stop buying little pieces and wasting money" advice (which I do agree with, but I just need to raise performance as much as I can now, and I can't wait to save up $500-1000 in a few months to dedicate to make a REAL system, I need this system now).

2) So.. What would YOU do with $150?

adding lower speed ram will lower your performance. so i would sell both of them and grab some 800mhz one. since ram prices are cheap now.

don't buy a cheap psu, since it could possibly destroy your whole comp.

now for 150 use it for food. since money seem to be the issue.

Ok, well, I already bought the Brisbane (this is Athlon 64 x2 65nm) 2.6GHz. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. So that means that I have the cheap AMD board. I already own the 8800GT (I paid 50 shipped, but yea 9800GT for $40 is a good deal). I don't see how your psu link is better than my psu. The PSU I found was 18A on both rails and has 2 PCIe connectors (in case I want to SLI) with 400+w dedicated to those rails.

So. I still have $150 left. What to do now?

Don't waste it on a junk K8 system with a Mexican PSU?

The PSU I listed is better because it has a quality OEM inside of it. The CPU would be better since its the Phenom II architecture (much MUCH faster). And DDR3 is going to be a LOT cheaper than DDR2.

If you'd rather blow your money on old hardware, that's cool too though.
