i7 930 Cooler Master V10 temperature im worry

im newb here take it easy !....
i have This system:
Giga X58A UD3
i7 930 2.8Ghz
RAM 12G 1600
Pwer Cooler Master 1000W
VGA ATI5970 2G
H D D 1T WD
Software use core Temp 0.99.8/CPU-Z
my question is about CPU temperature with V10 cooler Master

Before start Over clocking i check the temperature by Core Temp i read(all setting is Default 2.8Ghz):
40/33/40/33 on idle C and my room is about 24
i personally think this is little high.i m a wrong?!u tell me..
after that i decide to start over clocking first by default Easy tune Gigabyte mother board software at BCLK 150MHZ and 3.15GHZ if (number 2 of quick Boost) section
check the temperature again i have:
45/39/45/40 on idle
when i test 3.2GHZ by prime95 by 100% loading cpu i got max core#0:80C!!!
here is all cores:
81/78/78/75 after 3 min!!
that caused i submit this post to asking you what is going on ,is that normal temperature?!,or there is something wrong with my cooler?!
thank you in advance

here is the Pic of my Case:

Hey mate, I think we all could use a bit more details on your setup if we're to help you:
1.Test everything on default speed, no OC; it's true that over 40°C seems high on idle, but it can be normal. Idle temp doesn't really matter, what matters is load temp, and to asses anything I'd have to know what it is at stock speed.
2.What are your OCing settings? That 133to150 OC doesn't look very big, but if the "auto OC" pumps some ridiculous amount of Vcore then a massive rise in temps can be normal. My 2 cents: never use auto OCing - you're out of warranty by using that option, you might as well read a bit and do your OCing yourself; auto OCing usually is a worse case scenario - high temps, high Vcore, low speed.
3.What is the in-case temperature in your idle/load tests? The cooler can only create a temperature difference of x°C, if the temp inside your case is high, no matter what cooler you use the temp of the CPU would be high.

Cheers

Not good. First I would reapply TIM. Bad cooler seat, V10 is gimiky but not that poor....unless your ambiants(room temps) are realy high. Next step would be some wire managment, looks like airflow is a tiny bit off:)Best of luck

You could lower the lots by quiet a bit for 3.33Ghz on that CPU. I would try 1.25v and test with IntelBurnTest v2.5. The V10 isn't that good of a cooler, its really meant to look like the best you can buy - but its not actually the best you can buy.

Which is why i bend my ******* useless V10 heatsink this way to get 29'C temperature on a ****ty stack cool raven 02 case. overclocking never works, u either get harddisk corrupt or application not loading properly in random cases.

arg 1.30 volts for 3.2 ghz . i need .95 for stock volts. 1.0volts for 3.2ghz
1.28 for 4 core 8 threads @ 4 ghz.
1.325 for 4.2 ghz ht on .

One this v10 is a pos. but u got it so make sure tim is nice and even on it not to much,
Linx cpu stresser to load up cpu.
coretemp to watch temp.
Allways manual add volts. x58 is a pain to overclock but once u knwo the order to over clock on it, its not that bad.
My 930 is @ 4.2 ht off @ 1.3 volts. water cooled 70 loaded
