If you live in the stated go for Xarmor, given that is easier to get it in the US.

Use the remaining 50$ for a pizza with a nice girl, not for a Deck.

A nice girl is surely better than an ugly keyboard.

Just odd the leds seem to all be failing at once. Especially for a product with serial numbers in the low 100's.

You should hear all the Razer Black Widow hate and they ship in the 10's of thousands.

If all the led aren't working, means that the microfuse that protect the keyboard power line is burnt.

In the worst case, could be the driver transistor, which is a TIP42C, but I think the latter is very unlikely, being the transistor greatly oversized (65W, 100V, 6A)

I'm not subscribed to hardforum, so please be nice, link this post to the affected user.

All my other LEDs were fine, only the 4 and 5 keys were dying.

As for the wrist strap, as stated in the original post, it was partially broken out of the box. If it wasn't for that, the thing would of never broke. It didn't snap clean in two, but it snapped enough to be unusable.

I've already sent the thing in, so I can't do pictures. They refused to offer me a refund even though I was within the 30 day policy, claiming XArmor "doesn't allow it".

If I had to do it again, I would of went with the deck with the clear switches, but they are always out of stock.

If you think your within your rights and you've adhered to their requirements, then you should be able to get a refund, Doesn't the states have an outside fair trading office that you can make a formal complaint too. Don't just take their word, do something if you feel you'r being undercut.
