Well its probably 2 things either the psu are the motherboard im pretty sure of that but i could be wrong.Have you cleared the cmos and took the battery out for a few minutes and put it back in there?Make sure to unplug the power cord in the back of your case first.

Well its down to probably 2 things the psu are the motherboard. But i still would try to buy maybe borrow a psu and see if thats it and then the ram test it with one stick if no post try the other stick put it in a different slot one at a time and if it dont post you know it could be the motherboard went out on you.Thats the only thing it could be really right off the top of my head.Good Luck i hope its something you are overlooking though.

If your scared of doing work on your computer then you probably just wanna ring a PC technician or goto a repair shop.

But
If your up for having a go then check...

PSU TEST ~ http://www.overclock.net/faqs/96712-how-jump-start-power-supply-psu.html

Ovbiously I'd check/swap the GPU first and double check that I have cleared the CMOS, also try removing the power cord for 5-10 mins from the back of the machine, that fixed my old 750i motherboard a few times.

EDIT-
Also try connecting each device in the computer eg. HDD, CD Drives, Fan Controllers etc incase something has failed and is stopping the system from Powering up.

Check the RAM configuration, take all sticks out and try ONE stick in Slot #0 then Slot #1 etc. If this fails then try a different stick.
