PSU TEST ~ http://www.overclock.net/faqs/96712-...upply-psu.html

Ovbiously I'd check the GPU first and double check that I have cleared the CMOS, also try removing the power cord for 5-10 mins from the back of the machine, that fixed my old 750i motherboard a few times.
I did that test a LONG time ago. All it does is turn on your power supply.

Mines turns on, but nothing else happens.

Exactly, its a test to ensure your PSU turns on...
Hence why its called the PSU Test.
If you want go grab a multimetre and then check the volts out then end are within the limits.

Swap your GPU then. Check its not a GPU fault.
If you can't do it at the moment then when you can have a look at our suggestions ?

If you dont wanna do it cause your 'not in the mood' then stop trying to throw our suggestions aside.
I never said I wasn't in the mood.

I just can't right now. And the HDD light usually lights on for a long time, but in this situation it only lights up for 1 second.

I was finally able to get another GPU.

It was the GPU's fault...........

But how could a 570 fail on me?

I'm sending it in.

To much heat/voltage is known to kill 570s. You should upgrade your cooling before you get your 570 back and read/add to this thread: http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/9291...led-570-a.html.

Good luck!

This.

RMA should cover it easily.
Yeah, the 570's burn up without uprated cooling measures.
