I would suggest a SeaSonic 750W. Why? At full strain, you may come close to the limit. You will be fine as long as you don't run furmark and IBT at the same time. Heavy gaming, you should "just" be alright. It's a close one.

(Opinion based on adding a second card and overclocking your CPU)

I did look at Seasonic's range of PSU's but i went for OCZ for the price:watts and the modular capability.

We'll see how it goes i guess.

Thanks

If you fold or run a lot of benching, I'd advise against it. If you don't, then it will be fine.

No its not enough. Those 560's take around 180-220w under load each. The i5 will take 180w+ with a heavy overclock on it. And OCZ units are "meh" at best.

It might fire up fine, but you will end up with issues later on.

It is pretty meh, and I recommend a swap in time, but for now, it'll cope so long as he's not really pushing it by running everything full on (aka folding/BOINC or lots of benching with heavy overclocks).

If you're underclocking yes you'll be fine. Some ocz units are very good and some are terrible. A quality 600W would be fine with that setup and overclocking too. If you're worried, get a $20 killawatt and measure what you're actually pulling at the wall and multiply by the efficiency of the PSU to get your real load.

I have been getting away with this crappy ocz 550W with my sig rig for about a year now and it's holding on. I even fold on it, but i wouldn't recommend others doing what I do.
