Overclocked, now no post :(

I'm new here so i hope this is the right place to post this, since i think i problem lies with my memory and the G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 4gb 1333 10666 seems to be a well known name of RAM

(the rig in my signature)
So I was overclocking in the Bios, i had researched and read beforehand on what to do, since i am new to overclocking. I set the RAM frequency, the HT link frequency, and the NB and SB frequency a step lower than stock. I was already at 3.5ghz at this time and trying to keep raising the reference clock by 2mhz at a time. The voltages were still set at stock, which are:
Vcore: 1.356v
DDR: 1.684v
HT: 1.200v
CPU NB: 1.188v
NB: 1.140v
SB: 1.113v
I set my next step up on the reference clock to (if i remember right) 217mhz, and then rebooted. When it turned back on the screen was blank and there was no signal from my comp. It wouldn't post anything. So i tried to shut it off by holding the power button in but it didn't work, i tried the reset button and that didn't work either. So i pushed the power button on the Mobo and it also didn't work, same with the reset. So i had to turn the power off by pushing the switch on the PSU. So after a short period of time i turned the power back on and restarted, and the same thing happened, so had i to use the switch on the PSU. So i shutoff and unplugged my PSU (i also drained the remaining power by holding the power button in while everything was unplugged) and cleared the CMOS header with the little switch thing, then plugged in and powered up again, but still no post, nothing at all. The debugging LED's indicated it was a memory error. But at least now i could power the comp down by holding in the power button. So i swapped around my RAM modules, singling out each one, trying to find if one went bad, but neither of them worked in any of the slots. So i powered down and unplugged the system, and took out the CMOS battery for a while (for like 15 min.), put it back in, powered it up and tried it again (with only 1 module that usually used to work in the A2 slot) but no go. I repeated the same step many times, i even had the battery out for 2 hours to see if the bios wasn't let go of the settings or something like that. But still no go, so i am wondering if i fried my memory? or maybe the Mobo? Nothing smelled like it. I've been trying all i could think of, but im out of ideas now. I've had 1 module of this ram come bad before, (G.Skill Ripjaws 1333 4gb DDR3) so i'm wondering if it went out on me. My hardware only has 3 weeks use on it. I have a spare module (same brand and everything) that will be here on friday im going to try. Any suggestions you can think of? Sorry for the wall of text, but i wanted to be detailed.
*edit* RAM timings were locked in at stock, CL9-9-9-24

1.684V on RAM that is most likely rated 1.5V....
Perhaps indeed you suffered from an unlucky RAM fry issue

See if it works with the other module.

Only way I see that happening would be if it was faulty from the beginning. I've put 1.8v through mine, and they're still alive and kicking. I wouldn't SUGGEST IT, but I have done it. I've been sitting at 1.70v since I built this rig.

Yea, that's what i'm thinking as well..
Yes, i'll give it a shot once it arrives here, hopefully that it's it, cause at this point I just need to get my system back up and running. Too bad i have to wait 2 days..
I'm kicking myself right now since i didn't notice the ram at that high of voltage, that voltage should of raised a red flag for me, since i never manually tweaked it that high. At the time though i was thinking that my ram was meant for higher than 1.5v but i guess it was a NOOB mistake by me..gah..

I have had a bad module from them once already. But maybe since that happened i just have a disposition towards them now and so it doesn't surprise me if the brand fails again.. not sure. Maybe i shouldn't expect failure

*Update* So i tried the other module that i had on hand, it is a new module. Still the same story though, no matter what slot i put it in, it doesn't post. So at this point i am wondering if i my Mobo defected. I took out my Mobo and put my old Mobo and CPU (Athon 64 FX-57 San Diego 2.8ghz with Winfast NF4SK8AA Mobo, DDR 400 RAM LOL XD) in my comp. case to test my Vid card and PSU, just so i could eliminate those immediate possibilities. Which worked out well, they both ran just as they should. At this point, i don't see how a brand new module of RAM could also be bad. How unlucky can i be? I am wondering about my Mobo now. I am wondering if i wrecked the CPU NB or something along those lines..not sure though. I am going to try out all of my RAM modules in a friends computer tomorrow just to make sure.
