An explanation will really help, hehe.

Also, can I increase my "safe" max vCore for X3, maybe 1.45v or higher?
Is this still safe considering I have this board?

Thanks btw.

Hmm, so I was snooping around on how to cool the MOSFET and I found:
Gigabyte G-Power 2, which I can buy for around $15 (used)

Is this a good cooling solution for my OC?
Both the CPU and the MOSFET will be cooled I suppose.
And I guess it will fit my V3, I'm a little worried about the height of G-Power 2 Pro tho.

Any ideas? Comments?

I don't know if better cooling will do better for you. I had the same processor and its stability capped out at about 3.6Ghz for 3 cores and 3.5Ghz for 4 cores.

The trouble is my MOSFET is not heatsinked, limiting my max "safe" Vcore.
I think I can get it past 3.75GHz but I may add Vcore.
I need to be confident my MOSFET has enough cooling though.
