1.2v NB
1.475v CPU

Something's not right, those voltages should be more than enough.
I have your board and know what you are going through. I would suggest looking up your ram, and seeing what it is stated for its voltage. Mine I actually have slightly under volted, 1.67 is normal for mine, its at 1.65 atm. For me to hit 4Ghz, I actually couldn't manually set my ram timings. Your system, being AMD will like tighter timings, so sticking to 1600 (the tighter timing) should prove better for you.

My CPU-NB needed a bit more voltage as well, 1.425 to 1.450 to keep my system stable enough to fold. As your CPU and ram increase in speed and voltage, your CPU-NB will as well. I run 1.475v for my CPU at 4Ghz. With trying to utilize C'n'Q you will have to do some major (lots of small) tweaking to get your system happy with 4Ghz.

Wow! THAT much CPU-NB? Jeez. I guess I can go balls out and do 1.5 on the CPU-NB and CPU with 1.3v on the NB and cross my fingers. Newegg says my RAM runs at 1.5v, I can't get the G.Skill site to load now.

It's getting late, I think I'll give my computer it's first night off in weeks and come back here to digest any new posts.

Thanks to all who have posted, I genuinely do appreciate your experience and knowledge

I wouldn't suggest 1.5 on either CPU-NB or CPU. Start at 1.45 and go from there. 1.55 is said to be the highest (baring water cooling and better) for the Phenom's. I personally don't like my system above 1.475v so even though I know my air cooler can handle a great deal, best to keep in the safe zone for me.

On a last note, your CPU-NB wont need to be the same V as your CPU. Drop it down a bit from your CPU (say 1.450), your CPU-NB could be at 1.375 or 1.400 and your system boot. To check for stability, I would suggest OCCT or LinX or Prime95, it can help you iron out the bugs.

I'm pushing voltages upwards of 1.5v and still nothing's stable past 3.75GHz on the CPU.

I generally use World Community Grid because it usually tells me instantly whether the overclock is fail or not (with Computation Errors). I do run Prime95 and an hour of Linpack after 30 or so hours of WCG. If all 3 are fine, I'm happy with it.

Try setting your ram timings to auto. Do you have C1 disabled?

I'm running Auto RAM, 1.475v CPU, 1.45v CPU-NB with C1E, Virtualization and Cool N Quiet disabled.

4GHz CPU
2.75GHz NB
2.75GHz HT (whoops, forgot to set to 2GHz)

World Community Grid is whining about daily quota being hit so I can't run any tasks. I've got OCCT running Linpack, 25 minutes now which I think is 4-5 passes, no errors yet. I think I'll restart and set HT to 2GHz and see how it runs today.

If you had Virtualization on, it could have been hampering your OC, though I had mine on for Running Bigadv units not too long ago. Some people Run C1 and C'n'Q. Its just finding the right V and other settings, then slowly adding the goodies back in and see what your chip and board can handle. Good luck bro.

No luck

250 x 16 = 4GHz CPU
2750MHz NB
2000MHz HT
Auto RAM (1666, 9-9-9, 1.6v)
1.45v CPU-NB
1.475v CPU

C1E, Virtualization and CNQ were disabled.

Looked fine for 3-4 hours in Prime95, temps peaked at about 51c. Then out of nowhere a BSOD. I'm running the same settings but with 1.21v NB now. We'll see how long it lasts. Any suggestions?

Try giving your ram some more juice, maybe 1.55v.

Also if you find that nothing you are trying is working. There is a great guide how to isolate each part and see what is maxes are and if there are potentially any problems with a part, Here. With that thread, youd basically be starting over, though you already have an idea of where your system sits on some settings. Every chip and board are different, they have their own personality and quarks. My chip doesnt OC the same as another 1055T on the same motherboard, it just happens, so OCing is really about finding your systems personality. You can try and copy other peoples set ups, but really, it comes down to what is your beastly machines wants and needs.

Thanks for the guide, I'm trying something right now that's gone 40 minutes in World Community Grid without a computation error (usually I get them instantly). Maybe I'm on the right track now. If this works overnight, I'll post my settings here.
