Well, I took what Dopamin3, The Sandman, Blueduck3285 said and combined it all together. So far I have 32 valid work units returned and 2.5 hours of Linpack under my belt with these settings:

255 x 15 = 3.825GHz CPU
2805MHz NB
2040MHz HT
1699MHz RAM

1.63v RAM
1.21v NB
1.425v CPU-NB
1.475v CPU

C1E & Virtualization disabled, Cool N Quiet enabled!

Without jinxing it, I think it's stable. Once I get this finalized, I think I'll try for a 16 multi on the CPU for 4.08GHz Maybe even 260 on the bus speed (now I'm just getting greedy). Temps are good, I'm at 46-47C under full WCG load with half fan speed. Linpack pushes it past 50C. I'm sure I could drop volts a notch or two if I have to stay at this speed.

I'll post any changes, they might help someone else that comes along. Thanks everyone for your help thus far. Who knows, I may hit another wall

It's stable. BFBC2 crashed but in my experience it rarely does it while loading a map. 2 hours Linpack, 11 hours Prime95 and 36 WCG work units were all stable.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck again. Pushing to 260MHz bus speed fails, so does upping the CPU multi. I've contacted blostorm on here, he/she's got a setup almost identical to mine but running at 4GHz CPU and 3GHz NB, just what I'm shooting for.

Hey Nikki, Im too stuck with the same dilemma, infact i fried one 1090t in the process of ocing, however I did got rma chip hence now figuring out what else i could correct in my set up, would be benefial if you can share your exp too.
crrently setup is running at 3.6ghz, cool & quite/c1/virtualisation enabled
I understand i need to disable these however One thing I wanted to bring up is that My Bios (F5) shows the CPU voltage at 1.45 by ddefault :-( How can that be possible?

anytakes?

I'm at 3.87GHz (258x15) with 1.472v CPU now. I have C1E disabled but Virtualization and CNQ enabled. I have the NB at 2834MHz with 1.4v CPU-NB and 1.21v NB. I'm 90% sure it's stable. I think the problem is that the chips seem to vary so much. I heard back from blostorm on here and he/she uses 1.525v on the CPU to barely push it past 4GHz. IMO, the 3.6-3.9GHz range is the sweet spot for voltages.

Here's some tips/tricks I've learned:
- With CNQ enabled, push the bus speed because high multipliers 17+ don't play nice with it enabled.
- Push the northbridge, it doesn't like to be low with a high CPU overclock. Try to scale them.
- CPU-NB is crucial to high CPU overclock and NB overclock. I wouldn't push past 1.4-1.45v but 1.3-1.4 should be good enough.
- Adding a couple notches to NB volts seems to help stability, like I said, I'm at 1.21v.

Hope this helps
