Max RAID1 volume size?

I know it used to be 2 TB, but does windows 7 allow for 3 TB raid1 arrays?

I think it depends on the Raid controller/bios, not the OS.

Besides the fact that your OS needs to support a drive of that size. But either way, I think it is dependent on the Controller.

Well for now its ICHR10R or the X58 but I was going to move up to a new board as soon as 6 or higher cores are available.

256TB is the max volume size using a GPT filesystem in Windows.

2TB is the limit for MBR filesystems.

(2TB is the max for most controllers PER DISK, not per volume)
